Hi Jared. I always love watching your videos. Could you please also tell about edema/water retention in legs. I have 3 children from c-section . Last one is 3.5 year old. After she was born, my legs/thighs/hips are all swollen. Even the nurse at hospital put blood pressure wrap on my lower legs. Also last year i fell from stairs and had an ankle sprain. Dont know why i feel my entire body is normal but legs feel heavy and fluid filled.
Maybe its a vein or circulation problem. I admire you alot. Hope you will soon post a video for my issue 😊👍

I broke my collarbone when I was 16, I’m 39 now, didn’t have it pinned or anything cos it was too near the artery and now it is so weak, can hardly lift anything and can’t put much weight on it, what exercises do you recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Please stop recommending ‘1 size fits all’ exercises for clicks. If someone has an irritable tendinopathy and starts doing this with an exercise band they can easily wind it up further…
