hey everyone, this is a quick video about my experience using the AppleCare+ Express Replacement instead of making a genius bar appointment. Overall the experience was positive and I was able to get a new phone as well as return my old phone before I would have even been able to make a genius bar appointment.

The replacement is a refurbished phone if the phone has been out for a while. The front and back glass and the battery and the metal is all new. The other parts are recycled from previous phones

man, I've got 8 months ago iphone 13 mini at official apple store. My battery health dropped by %9, upper speaker lost clearness, and while wearing the official case, I've got some scratches and dents. I have no idea what to do with it. Apple presents internationally their product as absolute quality, but real life showing me some other points. Can you give any recommendations?

This just happened to me 😂, my XS has zero scratches or cracks but, it randomly glitches out and calls 911 and texts randomly by itself. So, I’m anxiously waiting for my phone to arrive tomorrow and also, about the credit card hold fee 😭

My microphone went out on the bottom of my phone. I have yet to get a replacement. I went into the store to avoid the full price hold and Apple told me to mail my phone in. 😒
