I broke my iPhone 14 pro camera lens. I got a brand new device from apple for £79. If I didn’t have apple care +, apple would have charged me £669. How is that not worth it?

It’s people like this which make you understand why it’s mandatory to have car insurance. If it wasn’t I’m sure he would be the first one to say “car insurance is a rip off and you don’t have anything to worry about if you’re a careful driver”.

Totally wrong! Go for the theft and loss one too. My phone literally got stolen within 6 months (pickpocketed) and typing this comment from the replacement iPhone apple sent me!

Such a dumb advise to me. 😂 AppleCare+ in Malaysia its worth it but yeah kindly cost around RM899 for the ip15 pro. Screen crack / back glass cost around RM139 and other accidental at RM 469 unlimited repair. For me it a good thing and still ur got genuine part from Apple.

Yeah when your shit gets broken Apple will charge your ass $299 that’s basically $300 for non Apple Care users lol, so is having Apple Care worth it Hell yeah it’s worth spending only $50 instead of $300.

Not necessarily true. That’s why payment plans exist. Most people can’t afford a lump sum $1K charge, but they can afford to buy the equivalent of a cheap restaurant meal once a month.

You know if your credit card has insurance for mobile devices, it will cover for repairs and replacement from theft up to a certain amount.

Pretty sure, I wouldn’t get my iPad Pro M4 repaired for under what apple care cost for the 2 years, including paying the excess. To a point I agree, however, even with a case, and screen protector, anything could happen.
