Apple’s products are quite expensive and usually with the price comes the quality. But sometimes your iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, or AirPods can stop working for no reason. Even if Apple’s devices are very well designed both internally and externally no one can promise you that your particular device will not be affected by any random problem or issue even if it’s brand-new or in perfect condition. That’s why Apple gives us 1 Year Limited Warranty for all its products.

When it comes to the warranty policy Apple was always offering one of the best if not the best service for its affected devices. In most cases, if you are having any troubles with your device they will just replace your broken device with a brand new one absolutely free of charge. It’s as simple as that.

What is Apple’s Limited Warranty?
Your Apple-branded hardware product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase ("Warranty Period ») If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Apple, at its option and to the extent permitted by law will (1) repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the product with a functionally equivalent product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or (3) refund the original purchase price.

When your Device is not covered by the warranty:
Apple’s warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Don’t forget about water damage.

I bought my iPhone 13 pro max 6 months ago and I took it for a swim just 4 weeks, after dipping my iPhone inside the pool I found out their was water inside my iPhone in just 5 minutes, and it started malfunctioning and I lost my face ID, and I spent N140000 which is equivalent to $311 just for apple care to turn on my iPhone in Nigeria 😑, after 4 months of repair, I woke up this morning to find out my iPhone is blank, everywhere is white in my screen, please is my warranty available?.

Got faulty iPhone 14 Pro max from Singapore as a gift.
Have given to iVenus, Gujarat, India.
They kept it for reinstalling everything but, didn't work.
They said, they'll keep it under observation for 2-3 days
(Will send it to Bangalore)
And whatever they decide, will be the decision as final.
Any chance for replacement? In India? It was purchased from Singapore. I've submitted invoice as well.
