1/4tsp salt
2 egg yolks
1/4C Sugar
1tsp Vanilla bean paste/extract

325F for 35 minutes or until sides set and the middle wiggles!

Recipe in metric for anyone wondering

240 mL heavy cream
0.5 g salt (pinch of)
5 g coffee powder
2 egg yolks (36 g)
50 g sugar
5 mL vanilla

Recipe makes three 120 mil ramekins

Bake at 165°C for 35 minutes
