My ex broke up with me in June, but we stayed very close “friends”. We continued to speak, text, hold hands, have sex, go out.. literally everything we did before except say I love you. My ex broke up with me with after she started having interest in someone else. We stay together and I noticed when the talking stage started. At first I thought they just have few things in common only for her to come up to me few days later to tell me she wants a breakup giving reasons such as her mental health is in a bad state, she needs her time, space and freedom, then later on she added she didn't want to feel guilty at any point because of how she's spending time with this guy at that time. Long story short, she went on to kissing and and having sex with this guy multiple times. In the middle of all these happenings we were still staying together and she kept telling me she still loves me and care about me and doesn't want to lose me. She also told me her relationship with the guy doesn't have any title or label to it because both of them are not sure how things are going to turnout after now obviously because we are students counting down our final days in school and since they don't stay close they feel the relationship is going to slowly fade into just chatting and both of them are probably not going to be able to do that for long.
