Totally worked for me. Got several more inches and I’m really tight/inflexible. I’m wondering if it’s because of the principle where clenching/using strength in a muscle allows it to release after. I use this technique a lot in other stretches (often using dynamic stretching now instead of static) but I’ve never considered it in this stretch. Wonder if it has more to do with the back than the hamstrings?

It worked for few inches.. but still not able to touch my toes…
