As a owner of a siberian Husky I can confirm that my husky is the most atypical husky out there cause he does not do anything a husky would normally do. Super attached, can off leash him wherever I go, non destructive, very good with call back, and most importantly he is the ultimate cuddle buddy. Not sure what I did, but hey I hit the jackpot!

I have a husky I bought him two years ago after my child passed away. I had done some research on the breed but I was sold on the fact that it’s not an aggressive breed. I had bought him for my surviving child who has special needs. Little did I know he would end up saving my life. After dropping my child off at school I would be all alone and its was as if he could feel my pain. I would cry so much and he would just lay next to me. I would try to just go back in my room and crawl into my bed but he would force me out. He would force me to get up, feed him and slowly start walking him. The next thing you know the days turned into months and the months into year. Every day got a little more bearable. I love my husky he saved me from myself.

My Husky saved my life, I was dealing with pain from arthritis and ruptured disc. I was sitting on the side of my bed waiting to die. My trainer suggested I get a dog but not one that would just want to sit and be petted. We found a Husky and it brightened my life, we walk twice a day and play all day. She brings me so much joy and has helped me loose weight and change my whole outlook. I love Raven and Thank God he sent me my fur baby. #Huskyloveforlife

Had my buddy for 13 years. He developed a tumor in his mouth that was stage 4 by the time caught... just had to put him down Nov 10 of this year. The bond these dogs have with you . If you are looking for a husky be ready to put in the work but it is so rewarding, And when u get one and open that door of happiness be ready for one of the worst times when it's time to be closed. This isn't a "it's just a dog" scenario..

Had my baby girl for 15 years, never once was in my house, she refused, but 5 to 66 mile walks daily, coolest dog ever, 3 times liver cancer survivor, but could not outrun old age.

I the proud mom of 4 huskies, a 7 year old, a 5 year old, and 2 four year olds…I’m also 71 years young. These 4 make 6 I’ve had in 20 years. They are all well trained to a half acre of electronic fence & have a doggie door to come & go at will. I’ve raised them all from puppies & yes there have been challenges, but they are my reason to get up (very early) in the morning & I love them more then life. Until my first husky I was a cat person, but huskies have a lot of catlike traits…guess that was why I fell so easily in love with huskies. My children & grandkids have abandoned me but my husky girls love me unconditionally…they make my life complete…what can I say but there’s no breed that can compete with a husky❤

I have my first husky when he was five weeks old.. we really bonded very well. He didn’t chew too bad, but he did choose some things. He really didn’t make very much noise like I hear some huskies. And when I asked him if he loved me, he would make the emotions. he would escape at times and it worried me because I always heard that Huskies would go and go and go and not come back.. I was blessed with him. I would try to get him back but he would go around the vicinity of my home, which is out in the country. But he would always come back to the yard and look at me, but tell me I’m not ready to come back yet. I was really glad for that. I started training him walking and he did very well. But because of shedding so much my husband wouldn’t allow him in the vehicle. So I got a very long long leash and I walked them around my property a few times and stuff and tried to get him exercise. Once I got a vehicle, I started taking him to the park and let him run around and play and I had a female husky and she was really good. She never chewed up anything ever. She had one blue eye and one brown eye, and she was kind of ready brown she would be beautiful. They would play good together. They were pretty behaved in the park. They always got along with other dogs and people. Then I let her have a puppy, but I made the mistake of letting the puppy be born right beside me and I slept there because I didn’t have a proper place for her ready. But she is really good. She really listens very well compared to the other two they never did. But she seems to be more scared of bigger dogs, and she loves to play with little dogs. I only have the little one with me now and we do lots together. Huskies are very different that’s for sure. I’ve had dogs. All my life but huskies are really different. ❤❤❤❤❤

My Husky is 7 months old and she is fairly good, odd bit of digging in the garden, chewing plants and toys but she does not mess in the house and is my best friend. She is an evil creature but I can't resist snogging her as she is so irresistible :)

I have had two or more huskies since 1972 and currently have two. They are very loveable but do require a lot of work and loving.

I have a Alusky. He is alone while I work in 2 4:30 hour stints with a 1 hour break as I come home from for lunch and a walk. I walk him 1 hour before work at lunch and one hour in the evening. He’s seems pretty happy with this he also lives in an apartment. He’s also a rescue. He may not be the norm but these dogs are highly adaptable, as long as you put the time in. Being locked up in a house is no different to being locked in an apartment. I know even with a house the door would not be left unlocked and open for theses guys as they would be gone by the time you got back.

I had my Husky for 10 1/2 year's and we were inseparable. She was the smartest, most loyal dog I have ever owned. I have diabetes and she saved my life when I passed out and fell and broke my nose. She woke me up and helped to get me up. They're not for everyone, but I'm sure glad I was able to be her friend!!

I recently bought a male husky puppy and I have an older 11 year chocolate labrador. I found the puppy was getting bored as the labrador will take long naps and this puppy is super active. I made the decision to purchase another husky. Best decision I ever made. These two love each other so much. This is just my opinion but these dogs should be bought in pairs.
