My schedule was so hectic for months, within the past month and a half I've been back on a regular routine, and am so happy to see this video! Now, I must say some of these I need to go to the gym to do just because I don't have access to them at home, however; the ones I can do I home I do them to the best of my ability and strength. Nice! 46yo Masters competitor. I prefer dumbbell reverse incline presses (low risk on shoulders, more pec stimulus), isolated Hammer Strength cross chest presses, cable crossovers, chest dips, and deficit push ups as a finisher.

Hello, I have been experiencing shoulder pain and am concerned about progressing to heavier weights with the flat bench press. I have found the seated bench press to be a safer alternative. Thank you for all your videos and content they all informative and usefull
