To effectively target different regions of the chest :-

✅Upper pecs: Focus on incline movements such as the incline dumbbell press, Smith machine incline press, or incline barbell press.

✅Middle pecs: Prioritize flat pressing movements like the flat barbell or dumbbell press.

✅Lower pecs: The decline bench press is effective, but it may cause shoulder discomfort for some individuals. An alternative is the high-to-low cable crossover, which provides a strong contraction with less joint stress.

Sternal head and abdominal head always work together. So there's no point of decline chest exercise. Flat bench press is enough.
