I eat 3 to 4 whole organic eggs.with avocados 🥑! Sometimes with oatmeal filled with blueberries.I drink beet powder and I put it in my smoothie! I heard beets are great for our blood flow! I do have struggles with getting or keeping my erectien’s! I gave up fried food years ago and soda! I don’t smoke or drink
