Thank you for this video I am 36 years old and I have been having diabetes since 2008 what I found out now when I go to the restroom and I pee my pee has a lot of bubbles in it I've been told through the doctors that my kidneys are spilling protein but I also have been told that I'm in the early stages kidney problems I have been trying to find ways to decrease the protein in my urine so that my kidneys won't go bad this video really helps me to understand what I need to do to help my kidney function

Thanks for the vid😊. Its important to get turmeric with curcumen and a dash of black pepper is required to activate the curcumen to activate the anti inflammatory effects.

I make the below.

1 tablespoon Turmeric
1 >> Liquid Coconut oil
1 >> Honey and a dash of black pepper. Mix & Store in fridge and consume a quarter teaspoon under tongue daily.

Hello honey just to put one important thing right turmeric has something called oxalates ! This can cause kidney stones! So it will be good to mention side effects as well ❤

Ginger is not a herb, it's a root. I take ginger, garlic and drink cranberry juice and still have been prescribed a low potassium diet.
