This was actually a really cool what if. I like the idea of Dooku and Anakin teaming up, and not even in a Sith master/apprentice way, its almost like down the road, if they save Padme, it may both open the way for Dooku to step back from the darkness and try to make up for the bad things he's done as a Sith, as well as ending the Clone War peacefully and joining Anakin in trying to reform the existing Jedi Order, though with Yoda still around that may not be so simple, but Yoda has tried to redeem Dooku on multiple occasions, so there's a chance the Jedi (Except Windu) will listen to Dooku and Anakin. Or they could go fully independent of the Jedi and Sith and do their own thing, like Dooku and Padme becoming political allies and try to fix things.
