Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Sidious the Senate? Darth Sidious the Senate was a powerful lord of Sith. Ironic. He wanted to throw others out of the window, but in the end he was thrown out of a spaceship.

Huh, that's kinda cool. So Dooku is technically Dark Lord Of The Sith, but a dark lord disinterested in being the dark lord. Also if this is canon continuity, he'd have inherited the power of the past Sith (Which is a pretty dumb system but hey, at least he'd get a power boost, assuming Maul still being alive doesn't muck up the system.)

So basically, Count Dooku surviving and slowly forming a new Sith Empire leads to a better state for the galaxy that allows peace to persist for a few centuries more, rather than the First Order coming about a scant generation or two later.

I always love Dooku what ifs especially if he's getting too betray Sheev before he can pull the ol IT'S TREASON, THEN schtick. Grievous had a more tragic backstory then Plagieus, too be honest.

I don't think Dooku would stay sith after that. Maybe becoming a Grey Jedi at worst. lol His original goal was to help the people of the galaxy after all.

Nicely put together! One small thing I would add though: I thought that they were poised to make Ashoka a Jedi Knight when they first wanted to reinstate her into the order after her trial, no? Didn’t Yoda and Mace say that what she went through was the equivalent of the Jedi Trials?

I feel like sith taught strictly by dooku wouldn't care about the jedi one way or the other. They are even more likely to be centered in the force than most jedi and every sith made. But those are my thoughts.
