- Pelvic floor needs to be pushed DOWN at the bottom of the motion to actually get your glutes to work (and your core).
- squuueeezeeee your glutes at the top (often called “ugly butt squeeze”)

Great tip! Another thing to note is, it's NOT how high we can raise our butt. Instead, focus on squeezing the butts on the way up.😊
