2 Ingredients Chocolate Cake I No Oven I No Flour
Ingredients
180g Dark Chocolate (Easy Melt Buttons)
2 Eggs

Procedure
1. Melt chocolate in a improvised double boiler. Mix until it melts and it becomes smooth. Let it cool.
2. Seperate egg whites from the egg yolks. In a bowl beat egg whites over high speed until stiff peak forms.
3. Add in 2 egg yolk into melted chocolate. Mix. Fold in meringue into melted chocolate in three batches until combined.
4. Grease the bottom and sides of 6 inch round baking pan with cooking oil. Put parchment paper at the bottom of the baking pan. Pour mixture into the baking pan and level the surface.
5. Place wire rack inside a large wok and preheat for 10 minutes over medium heat. Put baking pan on top of wire rack. Cover and cook over medium low heat for 40 minutes or until bamboo skewer inserted comes out clean. Let it cool before unmolding.
6. Dust chocolate cake with powdered sugar on top.

Tips on having a delicious melted chocolate:
Melt with in below 90c. It'll turn out good!
If it's white chocolate, melt it below 40 to 30c
