Just made this. The cake is yummy and fudgy. The kids love it! For the ganache use equal amounts of dark chocolate and heavy cream or if you’re in a pinch use 115g (4oz) dark chocolate, ¼ cup of milk and 2tbsp of softened salted butter on a double boiler (makes about ½ cup of ganache). Chill both completely before pouring. You’re welcome😃

Edit: Stop commenting to tell me "the topping isn't part of the cake" or "he meant the cake, not the topping". First of all, it was a joke. Second of all, go look up literally any recipe for a scratch-made cake with icing/topping, and see if the ingredients for the topping are included in the recipe.

I made this and it was so surprising how good just 3 ingredients together can be!

I added 300 milliliters instead of 250, and I saw that it was very liquidy while mixing it.

But after baking it, it made the texture amazing! It’s like creamy but chocolaty at the same time, and unlike other cakes that are super sweet (that’s why I usually never eat cake) but this is really good!

Definitely try adding a little extra milk to make it like a creamy brownie. I put it in for 18 minutes and let it cool.

It ended up warm and creamy, not too sweet (I didn’t add anything on top of it) I also used 30 cookies instead of 28 because I needed some of it to absorb the milk.
