World's Easiest Chocolate Cake

So I tried this to the letter, and my cake, while absolutely delicious, barely held its structure together. I'm not quite sure what I did wrong. My oven was preheating at 350 while I pulverized the oreos in my blender, I measured out 1 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. After the 20 minute mark of baking, the toothpick was still wet as hell. I left it in for another 10 minutes, toothpick was clean. But the cake pretty much fell apart when I got it out of my mold.

Edit: I realize I left out some info. Whenever I bake cakes I never take them out of the pan/mold immediately after its done. I always let it cool first before trying to remove them. I just feel there's some binders missing from this recipe that's not shown in the video, as even after a 20 minute cooling period, this cake fell apart when getting it out of the pan

YOOO THIS IS A W RECIPE!!!! Today is my younger brothers birthday and I tried this recipe out, and let me just say one thing.. I didn’t use any chocolate bar but I used melted milk chocolate buttons and it still turned out as a rich and flavourful delicious chocolate cake! Well I normally just make a chocolate cake and then as soon as I'm done baking it I just melt some chocolate chips into some milk vanilla and a little bit of butter on top of the stove and a saucepan and pour that over my cake and everyone goes crazy over it! But this is a game changer thank you so much!
