Today, I want to cover ten causes of exhaustion and a few natural things you can do for exhaustion. I have a lot of personal experience with this issue, and I want to share what I’ve learned to help you.

One of the best things to do for exhaustion is to isolate when it started and then think about what happened just before. Maybe you changed your diet, were under a lot of stress, or started a new medication. This can help give you clues as to what’s causing your exhaustion. It’s simple but effective.

The most common causes of exhaustion or fatigue:
1. Medication side effects
2. Running your body on the wrong fuel
3. Poor sleep
4. Hidden infection
5. Post-COVID fatigue
6. Keto fatigue
7. Anemia
8. Low thyroid
9. Mycoplasma
10. Autoimmune disease

You can tell how powerful the pharmaceutical industry is by how few people are willing to encourage people to move beyond medications without the advice of a doctor.

I think this is the most important video he has made. These chronic hidden infections and vitamin D deficiency issues along with sub clinical anemia and autoimmune disease is such a problem.

Thank you so much for this timely video. Ive been fatigued for 2 months, just saw my doc last week. He ran blood tests, and my thyroid was even slower than last year, but this time I asked him to also test my vitamin D and, no surprise it was significantly low. Also my B vitamins were low. Like 4 of these causes can be related to low D or B's. What a lifesaver!

I have been off antidepressants and anxiety meds for a years thanks to tweaking my diet, altering my sleep schedule and tending to my mental health via the root cause. Got rid of husband as a bonus 😁.

Thanks Dr. Berg 🤲🏾

I just recently came across Dr Berg’s channel and its been helping me remember that my diet is a big part of my health. Just five years ago I was a gym rat and hyper focused on diet and health, with abundant energy!
But the past three years I’ve been in a state of constant numbness, fatigue and brain fog. Starting with some women’s health issues where I almost bled to death, then having Covid, then worse…nine deaths of family and friends in the last year. And I’ve been to so many doctors in the past year that I’m fatigued with all their non-solutions.
I’m now on a sleep apnea machine to fix sleep apnea and sleep medication to fix insomnia. Yet I still wake up tired and fatigued most days. My primary care doctor wanted me to talk to a mental health doctor for all the stress but, hasn’t once ask about my diet! And, I don’t know why, it never even occurred to me to think about diet! (And I already know it’s key to health.) Aren’t the adrenals and their function the Primary’s area of health?? I’m under so much stress, he wants me to talk to someone, but he doesn’t consider the physical impact that stress is having on me?
What?
I honestly don’t know how I “forgot” to take care of my gut health. It must have just started with being too tired to fix a meal…. Anyway, thank you Dr Berg. You are definitely helping me to remember to take steps toward healing my gut? How did I forget about nutritional yeast??? It’s amazingly crazy what your mind will do to block out stress… even if it just causes the body more stress!

Great video sir. Definitely if someone is going to be exhausted there must be a reason. As you have listed ten main reasons, I think bottom line is that anything which put you or your body under stress, causes exhaustion.
Keep doing this practice of sharing valuable videos to serve humanity.
Well done!

I had mono in high school as well and remember missing school for an entire month because all I did was sleep and couldn't eat at all. In my 40's I ended up getting Hashimoto's and was always tired. Thank you for this vid, I can show my BF and prove this is why I'm always tired!

I slowly became exhausted as I got through my 20's, so much so I'd nap in the locker room at the gym at times just trying to keep up with my normal routine, until I just stopped going to the gym all together. After about six years of this getting progressively worse, and it eventually costing me my job and nearly making me bedbound, I finally bit the bullet, and went and saw a doctor. Few hundred bucks later, come to find out my TSH levels were over 12, almost no thyroid function at all. Almost no testosterone despite being muscular yet slightly obese. Doctor said two more years of that would have killed me. If you feel tired, all the time, and it's costing you work, or your life, do go get some bloodwork done and get examined.

You are absolutely correct. The doctor, medication, and the lack of motivation to research your condition is the paramount problem.
