What Ben said is so true! I’ve never been abusive, manipulative, or a father to be feared. But when my daughter starts acting up screaming, throwing temper tantrums, inconsolable with her mother; when I walk in and correct the behavior peacefully and from a place of love, it stops. Men play a valuable role in the duality of being a parent. It’s a dichotomy of dual gender roles. One isn’t more important than the other. They both serve a valuable purpose and should be treated as such.
