Dr. Kevin Sarich DC, demonstrates another insane 20 minute HIIT workout using an elliptical to reach your fitness goals in minimal time. This is a workout you definitely want to try!

The elliptical is a mainstay in the gym for good reason: it's easy on the joints and provides a great cardio and total-body workout. But the elliptical can also get pretty boring and repetitive.

This elliptical workout will for sure change things up in a good way you're looking for!

HIIT workouts - known as High Intensity Interval Training, are the most effective way to burn fat in the shortest amount of time possible. However, most people don't utilize this type of workout enough.

It's recommend to perform a 10-30 minute HIIT workout 2-3 times a week, with 24 hour rest in between HIIT workouts, in addition to other variety of fitness activities.

This elliptical trainer workout video is 20 minutes of HIIT training, going as hard as you can for 8 rounds of 30 seconds, spaced with 90 seconds of low intensity.

We start the elliptical workout with a 5 minute warm-up and finish the workout with a 3 minute cool-down. Please make sure you do both to reduce risk or injury!

People!!! He’s not lying! Do this workout while your insulin levels are low (preferably in the morning before breakfast) and you will see results that will blow your mind. 20 pounds in 1 month here.

Saw this video almost 6 months ago while I was still 210lbs and I can't even finish the first 4 minutes. Today after good diet and regular walking exercises and elliptical exercise I finally finish this workout. I am now 170lbs by the way..

After 13 minutes I wanted to quit and was telling myself I can't do it, I can't do it, but then I remembered the times when I would break down crying in front of the mirror because of how unhappy I am with my body, and I told myself I CAN do this, don't quit now, keep going. I just powered through it and before I knew it I finished. This was intense

Heyo. I've had this video in my workout Playlist for 2 years now.
I've overweight for a teenager.
So during Quarantine I didn't workout one bit. So two weeks ago, I started working out cause high-school class might open in 2021 and I really wanted to start to be healthy and look better cause I hate how I look in my uniform. So for the past two weeks, I'd do this workout and I'd stop at 7 mins cause I simply couldn't continue. Some days I'd skip it and climb the stairs in my house for 10 mins instead with spotify music. Today is 2021, January 1st, new years. I usually wouldn't finish this workout but Today I did. For the first time. I cant believe it. I'm proud of myself. Now I hope I finish tomorrow when I do it. Thank you.

Guys, just a heads up, this is an awesome workout but you don't want to be doing it more than 2 or 3 times a week. On the other days, you can do just some low intensity recovery cardio, stretching and maybe some isolation strengthening exercises. Exercise is not just about losing weight but more importantly making you fitter and stronger. Recovery is a vital part of that equation. For beginners, even once a week is enough. You want a sustainable lifestyle, not a quick fix.

I know this is an old video, but thank you for posting this. I’ve been working out and cardio for a little over a month because I was disgusted in the mirror and weighed 220 lbs at 5’11. I’m a US Army Infantry vet and couldn’t stand seeing myself in the mirror so over a month workout I am stuck at 203lbs. After doing much research on how to break this I came across your videos and hope it can get me to break through that wall and get me to keep losing weight and go back to someone I can be happy with in the mirror.

I Know it's been almost two years since you've uploaded this video. Maybe you wont read this comment.
But I'm here to thanks you. Before your video, I was doing my workout alone (Hiit training too), and I thought I was doing my maximum. I've never been so wrong ! Now I know what is like to push over my limit ! I've never thought I could do this, go faster and doing this for a longer period of time so thanks you ! Now It's feel like I've really worked hard :D

I’m bipolar and I’m depressed most of the time, I managed to finish this workout. Even if I did it in a low resistance I’m sweating and tired, the quotes motivated me a lot, specially to overcome problems in other aspects of my life. Thank you!
