Drunk Florida visitors arrested after their kids go missing

In Florida, a couple is accused of child neglect after being found allegedly drunk on a beach with their kids nowhere to be found. Police body camera footage shows the moment deputies arrested them. FOX's Pattrik Perez picks up the story.
