For the older Generations that have the Pre-Errata version of this ability yes it is.

I mean there is also just one big problem here. A large part of why intimidate and battle armor is so good, is because they are very common, and are therefore worth looking out for.

Protean (and libero if that is what it is called) are extremely rare. But for rom hacks and such it is likely a bit more common. Or at least i would wish it were.

How would you even get a pokèmon with protean in a nuzlock? Isn’t it only a hidden ability for starter?
