Thanks Ken, I cleaned my sump today. It worked like a charm. I had no idea that you need to clean the sump. 😀

Perfect!! Thank you for your excellent video. I assume this was a 'design feature' meant to help the company sell more units since they made it so difficult to get too, instead of just putting in a side access door for cleanout

Thank you, thank you for the most helpful, thorough and thoughtful fix video I’ve ever seen! As another person said, our drier was headed for the scrap heap until we saw this.

A big THANK YOU, I watched your video as we were having exactly the same problem, & tried the easy fix by taking off the clip plate and cleaning in there. It has worked! If I have the problem again then I will take the side off but I wanted to try the easier way first. Your a legend, thank you for taking the time and posting the video as I didn’t know about the pump under the machine 😊

Thanks Ken!! I was sooo near taking my dryer to the dump, but I hesitated, searched the web for solutions and stumbled on your youtube channel! Excellent! Exactly the same problem with mine. Despite its a slightly different model (had to search for some hidden screws) the solutions was exactly as in this very instructive video. Once again, thanks! //Erik

Fantastic. My dryer has been done this for a year or so and pulling my hair out trying to fathom this out. I didn’t even know the sump existed and it took 5 mins to clean and the dryer back to normal use - thanks Ken! Brilliant.

Dear Mr Suzuki, I can’t thank you enough. Your very clear explanation gave me the confidence to try and get the panel off in the end. So helpful to understand the source of the problem and how to put everything back.
I am one very proud woman today - the dryer works as new now. Thank you
