2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Kosher salt
16 oz Sprouts bag, washed and ends trimmed
1 1/2 tbsp Lemons, juiced
Preheat grill/smoker to 350ºF. Let coals get white hot and move to one side of grill/smoker, (cooking will be done with direct and indirect heat).
Combine sprouts, oil, salt and pepper in large bowl and toss to coat. Marinate 15 - 20 minutes.
Place sprouts over direct heat about 10 - 15 minutes rotating often to ensure all get some good color.
Move sprouts to indirect side of grill and close lid to smoke 15 more minutes.
Return soft sprouts to the bowl and add in lemon juice while still hot. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
