Mam you have no idea how people who snore are affected. Snoring person doesn't get sound sleep. Sometimes we feel guilty n don't sleep to avoid snoring.

Fact, a small baby too snores. We live in a stressful environment, high level of pollution causes allergy, cold etc, due to which our nose gets blocked, and we start snoring...it can happen anytime...

1. Sleep on left side.
2. Elevate the head
3. Use eucalyptus and lavender essential oils.
4. Alternate breathing
5. Decongest nasal passages with neck stretches, sticking tongue out, face washing, massaging forehead, and other yoga postures..., clavicular breathing, diaphragmatic bteathing
6. Eat onions, lemon, tuemeric, ...
