Nice review! I needed to get a new IPad to replace my 6th gen that was starting to slow down. I decided to get the Cellular version, the IPad has been gigantic upgrade! They recently lowered the price to I took advantage of this! So far it’s been very fast and snappy.

Making it compatible with the Apple Pencil 1st gen was a smart move as if you’re upgrading from a 9th gen or older iPad it allows you to keep the 1st gen pencil without having to buy the 2nd gen pencil. It’s nice apple thought of the extra expense for a change

I just received mine today from QVC it was the days special last week it came with a keyboard a mouse and several other things my old one was the seventh generation so this one does a lot of stuff that they showed on TV that my 7th generation doesn't but there was no directions in it no book was telling you how to do anything how to charge it how long to charge it how to turn it on and the presentation on TV showed it doing a whole lot of different stuff I could use all the help I can get

How did you manage not to slap on a screen protector within the first 30 seconds of unboxing. That is my holy grail. I have a screen protector ready. I avoided the folio and chose to go with a bumper case with a stand. It looks sharp in the Apple case.

The fact that they included a USB-C port on this iPad but made it exclusively compatible with the 1st Gen Lightning Apple Pencil is absolutely bizarre to me. Who signed off on that shit lol
