You know if jayce doesn't play ball in season 2 with Mel's mom if Mel doesn't survive than Mel's mom and the chembaron mother whose son jayce killed could team up to persuade jayce in a violent manner especially if Mel's mom does it the noxus way.

as much as she is.. a bit overbearing and controlling, Medarda has a point on several levels. She has the experience of decades of nothing of war and while that has made her bloodthirsty it also gives a perspective Jayce lacks. Remember how easily he lost control in that first raid and almost went on a rampage. She wouldn't have gone on a rampage to be sure but there wouldn't be have been one ounce of control lost on her part, not one action not weighed and measured faster than the eye can blink and how? Because she's been doing this longer than he's been alive and has seen both outcomes of each action more than once

SPOILER Mels mother hit the nail on the spot. The council refused to act until they were all killed. They died with their eyes closed, just like she predicted. It was this exact thing she warned Jace about. A shame she didnt arrive earlier, she could have helped them win the war.

You know I don't think it's jinxs fishbone that kills the most of the council Mel's could cast a barrier but that after shock and the tower foundation and may not hold thus they fall to there deaths plus the barrier may only be able to handle one blast. But what if jayce cuz viktor probably isn't strong enough to hold other people has a choice viktor or Mel maybe even caitlyn mom who falls to there death. Also was caitlyn dad in the house if he was jinx either beat him up or killed him when she took caitlyn.

“The mind hiding behind the body” I feel like this line is particularly relevant to Viktor & what will become of him in season 2, especially in the way in which Ambessa means when talking about Piltover & the council “who said anything about Piltover the council is the problem, the mind hiding behind the body” — the city although it’s foundations, it’s undercity (its legs you could say) are crippled, the real illness Piltover suffers from is the rot that has taken over from the inside, corruption, greed, oppression, all have gone long ignored in the name of “progress”.

The inverse (or like the more shallow interpretation) of that is Jayce who’s the one that Ambessa is addressing & presumably is mainly talking about with the “mind hiding behind the body” analogy, highkey calling him strong & hot with brains that don’t really match lol.
