Losing a loved one to Alzheimer’s Disease
💔Losing a loved one is never easy, accepting and moving on with life after the loss of Dad to Alzheimer’s Disease was something I found very difficult to accept
In the end I decided to shed more light around my dads death and use our story as a catalyst for change on Alzheimer’s Disease with the hope to build a brighter future for the next generation where we can one day fine a cure
Running was my escape, it allowed me the space to connect with Dad and fuelled the start of my campaigning for @alzheimersresearchuk
I always said my marathon journey had not ended after London last year and Dad I have kept my word, I am ready to embark on a new campaign but this time I am bringing people with me @alzheimersheroes
It’s time 🙏
