It's ok guys doing 1 muscle per day. The most important thing is to go gym regularly i.e. 5 times in a week to remain fit n put some muscle mass

Totally Agree but my body does not respond at all but fatigue is there always and being in a key role in my organization I need to keep away from brain fog as I need to be focused.

This is the best example why should not blindly trust anyone online no matter how trustworthy they look and always put in some of your own research
I mean leg extensions and hamstring curls are isolation excercise... They are one of the most effective when it comes to achieving hypertrophy.

For beginners one muscle one day to gain power. Once you gain power u can do whatever exercises u want.
If u do 2 muscle grp a day, most likely u will not have enough power to execute 4-5 exercises properly with good weight.
Most important, do what ur trainer suggests or if u don’t have a trainer,
Do what u feel the best. It’s human nature to complicate everything. They get happiness out of it.
Always remember u do workouts for your happiness not to become confused and messy. So enjoy it.
Most important- it’s a time taking process so be patient and persistent. It’s key to success

No bro.I have doing one muscle training for a long time.Because I choose only 3 to 4 excercises and completes my training in one hour and my sets are 3, reps 8 to 15 till failure and thats all❤
