Is kale a superfood
Have you ever wondered, is Kale really is healthiest people say, is it a superfood, as a lot of people claim, and there are so many foods today that are considered quote superfoods. Well, I'm here to tell you that there are some amazing benefits for adding Kale to your diet. And under my standards, yes, it's a super food. So today we're gonna look at five reasons why you should consider adding more Kale into your diet. And then also at the end, I'm going to share with you how much is enough. You know, with my husband uses, it just has to taste good, you know? Um, and if I were to throw three cups of Kale into his smoothie every morning, he's not gonna like that. So how much is enough? The, first of all, let's start with what are the health benefits of Eating Kale? I'm in net reader, the biblical and nutritionist and I so enjoyed joining you here on the Internet and sharing with you my passion.

Eating raw kale
My Passion is understanding the foods that God created for us. Therefore we become more competent in the kitchen and therefore more confident in our future and always understanding all of this comes wrapped in understanding how much God loves us. Remember, he could have just had us eat dirt, you know, but instead he and created and he created a bunch of incredible foods. So right here I have a few leaves or wilting quite quickly in the heat, but these are some Kale leaves straight out of my garden. I'm going to eat them no matter if they wilt or not. So anyway, you can grow Kale in your own garden. They grow best in uh, early fall and really early spring. Sometimes I've had it grow all winter long and let me just show you the result of that. This is some dehydrated Kale. Actually, if you can see the date on the jar, it's from 2017 April 2017 and I harvested so much that year that I have courts and courts and courts of dehydrated Kale that we are still enjoying.

Health benefits of kale
Okay, so why, why am I doing this? Let's look at the five top reasons. Number one, we need to understand that Kale is cruciferous. Cruciferous is my, one of my favorite words when it comes to foods because Christopher's represents the cross. So this is one of the 12 health-promoting foods in the cruciferous family. And so knowing that it's cruciferous, it's going to be very health promoting, which I just said, but that means it's also going to be anticancer, it's going to interrupt tumor growth.

I had thyroid cancer and sadly I removed it for concern of it to spread.. 😢 I am trying to stay cancer free and make smoothie kale daily with spirulina, figs, pear & arugula all in water.. Jehovah’s so good for having given us these wonderful foods! Thanks for the videos!! God bless you! 🙏❤️🥰✝️

I have stage 3 NAFLD and I am trying to eat healthy food to help my liver. I have been eating Kimshi alon with eating fresh salad that has kale in it. I also use Olive oil from Israel and I am eating more fish in my diet. I lowered the fat content of my liver from 9.3 to 5.3. My hepatologist was pleased with my results. I am a Christisn and I am Trusting The Lord to lead me in my journey and I am Trusting Him for a complete miracle of Healing.

Kale in a casserole with ground beef is a pretty traditional food here in Finland, its a great way to get kale into my diet. Also spinach soup is popular here and its great. Easy way to get 2 of the most important greens into your diet.

I eat Kale & Tomato Salad with Vinegar dressing. It's one of my favorite foods. I also juice or sometimes puree it to add to pureed papaya. And I drink that.
