I've heard a few people refer to kale as poison and referencing thallium poisoning (quick search brings up many articles). Hmm personally I love it especially on a Sunday roast dinner with gravy. Everything in moderation though. I've never once seen organic kale being sold where I am so there likely will be pesticides, but that's why I limit all non organic greens anyway.

love your channel. The foods you cover in the way you do, pretty in depth and straight to the poin, t 'all stuff no fluff', and not trying to sell any particular product....you do a great job. thank you.

The high Vit. K content made my blood coagulate too much, but I have a clotting polymorphism so its probably not an issue for most people.

I love kale but it’s hard to grow because white moths get on it and lay eggs which hatch out into caterpillars and they eat the leaves .

Humans by design are (frugivores) than anything else, hence why there is no need to cook fruit, its the perfect food / fuel for the human body. Kale is however a great vegetable.

The third point about protein undermines the credibility of the entire video. I love kale but if you're going to praise it for its protein content and praise plant-based protein for producing strong monkeys and argue that we humans therefore should rely on plant protein is pretty freaking ridiculous. I have a vegan colleague who actually thinks broccoli is a good way to get her proteins because of BS videos like these. This is dangerous. Be nuanced and tell vegans the truth. You're endangering their health.
