RED VELVET CAKE FREE
~BEST OIL BASR RED VELVET CAKE~
Vegetable oil - 3cups
Eggs - 4
Buttermilk - 2cups
Vinegar - 2tbsp
Remix Dark vanilla - 2tsp
Remix Milk emulsion - 2tsp
Remix Milk zest - 1tsp
Remix Cream vanilla- 1tsp
Sugar - 2 and 1/2cups
Cocoa powder - 2tbsp
Salt - 2tsp
Baking soda - 2tsp
Flour - 5cups
Remix Magic red - 1tbsp
Water - 2tbsp

~METHOD~
-In the bowl of your stand mixer add eggs, buttermilk, vinegar and all Remix flavors and mix on medium speed till well combined.
-Add sugar and mix till well incorporated.
-Add salt, cocoa powder and baking soda and mix on medium speed or until lump-free.
-On low speed, add flour and Remix magic red color and mix until smooth for about 30sec.
-Scrape side of bowl as necessary.
-Dish out and bake in a preheated oven till a skewer inserted comes out clean.

So you bake both Cuppies and layer cake together? Anytime i put both at the time into oven the cuppies overbake n become hard more than the layer ones. Pls what am i doing wrong

Great one der sir mike. Pls can i cover with fondant and stack as tiered cake for wedding? Pls wont it go bad if use for wedding since it will stay outside for two or more days cos of the fondant.. would want to use this recipe for wedding ? i dont want margarine base cake..U're great at what u do.❤❤
