These perfect homemade churros are crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside and they have a flavor no one can resist! This churros recipe is such a treat.

CHOUX PASTRY INGREDIENTS:
►1/2 cup water
►1/2 cup whole milk
►8 Tbsp unsalted butter
►1 tsp granulated sugar
►1/4 tsp salt
►1 cup all-purpose flour
►4 large eggs, cold
►1/2 cup granulated sugar
►1 tsp cinnamon
►vegetable oil or canola oil to fry churros

I made these yesterday and they turned out to be fantastic! I was so happy with the results! TIP; You gotta make sure your oil is at the right temperature ( use a candy thermometer or instant read thermometer) because if your oil is too hot, they'll brown on the outside very quickly which will result in them being raw on the inside. On the other hand if your oil's temp is low then the churros will absorb A LOT of oil -EEKS!
Another tip is when you're done frying all of the churros...pop them in the oven for 6 minutes at the temperature 180C or the churros will be perfectly crisp and the churros will release any excess oil within them!

Also you gotta use a Wilton 1M nozzle anything bigger than this will result in semi-raw churros

Just finished making, they were de-lic-ous!!! 😍
⭐️*Tips:* ⭐️
- No piping bag tip? —> use the bottle cap method (worked great for me!)
- No thermometer? —> keep on medium high heat, test with a small churro (worked for me!)
( p.s. oil does not have to be bubbling at bottom to be ready to start)
