Don Moen nice sharing about Time Limitations.Yes, good to follow the leader or the pastor instructions but as I listen to your talk and watched I knew the head of the committee will prolong the worship because the presence of the Holy Spirit is in the building touching everyone.

I was at a teen conference in Memphis years ago. The worship leaders were great, but they were so very time-constrained. Just as things would begin to flow, they would cut it off and that would be it.

Don as a worship lead what will be our reaction if you saw that one of the leader of the congregation is not supporting you in singing and he even make faces to you while you are leading .I am so discourage Don and honestly I feel like I don't deserve to be a worship leader I want to confront to that brother and ask him Why?We are both leader in the church and we need each other support.
