I never use sun screen. I live in the sunshine state. I sun bath in the scorching sun and I Never Ever burn. I sun bath for an hour and a half and I have extreme mental clarity afterwards. Thank you God 🙏🏿💛🧡🌻🍇🌞

Depends what kind of sun. Is it cloudy? Etc. a lot of people are deficient in vitamin D.

Unless you’re on medication. Best thing to do is get labs. Consult your Primary.

Dark skin need about a 2 hours at least 3-4 times a week to be feeling good n healthy

Define sunlight. Is 30 min of sunrise enough? Is a cloudy day enough? Do I have to go outside or do I automatically get it through the shades?

It depends on how much a person is deficient on vitamin D... Most people are... To top up is best to take 10, 000 to 20, 000 IU's daily and cut back after 2 or 3 months.. Vitamin K2 is recommended when taking D3 as it works in channeling the vitamins into the right area of the body..

Had to calculate this:
Go out daily, and it's 6.5-13 mins a day
5 days a week, it's 9-18 mins a day
Twice a week, it's 22.5-45 mins a day
