Should you be asking the third party debt to show evidence that he is a party to the agreement PRIOR to discussing the details of said agreement with one whom is not party to said agreement?

They will tell you to check your bank acc to see if you've been charged for the specific bill. Now it's back on YOU to prove it.

Wrong. They need to "Validate" the debt not "Verify" the debt. Research more than some youtube short tell you to.

I recieved a speeding ticket that ended up in collection. The county told me that if i dont pay that debt collection i wont be able to get my license back. The weird thing is that the debt collect paid my ticket so why should they care whether i pay them or not

How do they prove it? What f they send you a copy of your last statement with your name and account is that enough? Cuz that’s what they did 😒
