As someone who also spends a lot of time in the produce aisle, I found that using reusable produce bags cuts down a LOT on the waste of the produce bags you get at the store. Even if they're recyclable or even biodegradable, not using a plastic produce bag at all is much more sustainable. Even if I only used 5 bags per week, that's 260 bags per year, *which is a a ton of plastic.*

I went to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s too yesterday for my weekly grocery shopping:) I also stock up on frozen veggies, so convenient on busy days. I have been loving the coconut yogurt from there ( cocojune), it’s so good! Thanks for the video and have a wonderful day!

I could never shop or cook that way. To me deviled eggs was a feat. But I’m KETOVOIR & lost 25 lbs so far. 43 to go. I’m very carb sensitive but can’t let go of the few I still consume. Your look & channel r fabulous

I would love for you to have an interview with a pro body builder and discuss about the differences in nutrition. When I was into fitness during the “2016 fitspo” era, it was about nonfat everything! Just plain chicken, rice, egg whites, veggies and rice cakes. I did lose weight and body fat, but I know I didn’t stay satiated like I use IF. Please do a YT talking with a pro athlete/body builder about IF and nutrition.

I made the spicy sauce last night and it was soooo good! I'm pretty handy in the kitchen and with spices but I never thought to use the sauce over roasted veggies. I used broccoli, cauliflower and fresh green beans all pre chopped cus it was late. My husband and son devoured it! Thank you for the fabulous idea! Next is the savory cottage cheese bowl. 🤤
