The Pilates Introductory routine is a great all around total body workout. It's important to go slow and take time to learn to properly engage the core in all the exercises even if you're athletic or advanced in Yoga or other disciplines. Even if you aren't a beginner you're going to get a great workout and get back to some of the fundamentals.

I’ve been doing pull ups and hanging crunches on my iron gym for the past ten years and I’ve noticed how it’s starting to hurt in a bad way. I’ve started doing this and it feels amazing! I’ll be replacing Pilates with my pull up bar routine from now on

I’ve been doing a lot of weight training the last years and felt that I need a new inspiration in sports.
I found that inspiration definitely in yoga and with the help of Tim and his folks it’s absolutely great to get into it.

I have a bad lower back and injured it last week. PT recommended Pilates, this was the first video I tried. Not kidding, my low back feels awesome!! Thank you!

Tim! I've been focusing on yoga for a few months and forgot how great pilates was for my hips, thighs, and core. This killed me. It was like day zero. I really love this work out. Tim’s instruction is very clear and thoughtful. His voice is so soothing! And the garden behind him looks tranquil and gorgeous. It is a beautiful experience. I haven’t seen new videos by him recently on this channel but I’m hoping he might have an instagram or something.
