Idk why americans add so many things to the meat, here in Spain good meat is best plain with salt, I get it if the meat is not great but not for quality meat

I've never had marrow, us it good? How's the consistency?
The only thing I won't eat is brains. / Sesos. No thank you. If you tricked me and I liked it, maybe. I do like tounge/ lengua, it tastes like a good pot roast. And if course I love head/ barrbacoa. That shit is a fave.
