I have constantly calf twitching for 2 years now. I have MRI of the lumbar spine in 2 weeks. Some Insluin Resitance as well. I came back with the results.

My twitching seems to follow or originate along my plantaris tendon and down into the arch of my feet. Tingling and pressure too. Any suggestions would be wonderful. It's been happening for years and is impacting my sleep

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME? Basically I have been having constant twitching in both of my calves for the last 9 months. I’ve had various tests that have come back clean. I have also paid to see 2 neurologists, and they have told me it’s “benign fasciculation syndrome” no one seems to take me seriously enough, but is there any treatment for this? I’ve been considering getting calf Botox or even nerve ablation
