This happened to me once while skating in the city. A bum saw it and told me to stretch the opposite way that I moved before it happened so I did and I watched my muscle straighten out back to normal. I gave the bum all the cash I had for relieving me pain.

Omg that's horrible. I get tiny cramps in my legs at night when I'm sleeping and I'm jumping so fast out of bed to put pressure on my calf. It's enough to make me sob like a little baby but this guy is just taking it. Holey crap man.
