7 Tips for Winning Your Social Security Disability Case

Are there any secrets to winning your Social Security disability claim? I was born with a hole in my left heart valve I have had multiple heart surgeries have a synthetic valve and another Melody valve and I'm due for another one cuz they're both expired once been in about 10 years once been in for 20 years I am applying for Social Security I am now on my third presentation because I keep getting denied I also keep being awesome I plugged every time I return to work because either lack of blood flow or too much blood flow and I left side not keeping up

HI, TODAY IS MY DAY! I WANT TO THANK YOU SO MUCH! Even though you are not my attorney, you answered me! One thing that does make me nervous, I am X Army, and I can come across very harsh and strong. My PTSD puts me on the ground. But... my "MO" is aggressive and "together". But, I cannot be someone I am not during hearing. It is by phone due to my living overseas (due to my PTSD off the charts in the gun ridden US of A and drugs, and rape and crime).

what if you had a spinal tap went bad, because the medical community screwed it up, and you had one before with anomalies on it and you were waiting for the results on the new one and it was week before your case with the judge!Also I got a note from the hospital stating that they screwed up the test let spoil on the self and I sent that too disability already I have to notes from doctors signed and sheets with all my problems on them and a report from another doctor I have been seeing for months about my status.

I have new herniated discs after 2 fusions as well as PTSD from physical abuse by autistic daughter. Can I detail the effects on my work capacity of both since my reliability and ability to make it through a work day and my ability to leave the house from panic attacks seems significant as well. Since one will have an MRI and the other will have psych records and heavy meds with side effects. Can I use both of those highlighted on my initial application? Thanks for your terrific videos.

My Judge made several legal errors, in his decision. My test was for light work, but I worked as a CNA for 30 years, medium work. His decision was I could do light work, as a CNA, again, which is medium work. There isn't any light work, as a CNA! My back has 6 of the 1.04 listings. I'm 63, now. Think I can win this time?
