Thank you for explaining this in a way I can understand. Since I was diagnosed with EUPD, I was told there's nothing that can be done after the CBT didn't work. So I've never really understood it. The thing you mentioned about children will help me with my children so I can try and give them the help I never got.

Oh, interesting... I hadn't heard the "Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder" (EUPD) version of the name, having only been familiar with the "Borderline Personality Disorder" (BPD) name. Good on the WHO for finding a hopefully-less-stigmatized name for it for the ICD.

DBT treats more than just Borderline, often co-morbidities exist great for vets because you emotional stunt effective growth.
