Thank you for this amazing meditation! I am resonating with words like suffering, thank you for acknowledging it!
I am sick with flu now and I am in pain and I don’t feel compassion inside of myself, but only self pity and anger. I strongly hope that I can overcome this problem and feel love for myself in the future.
