Thank you for the meditation. I agree with others; please change the ads to beginning and end. They are disruptive and detract from the practice.

I really like this meditation @christopher germer! But can you please take out the advertisement midst meditation? It is really disturbing and abrupt. And feels like a weird way to maybe make money in such a friendly and calming meditation. Will you please put it at the beginning or end (end is also kind of harsh) of the meditation? 🧘‍♀️ Thank you so much🎉

Thanks. I lost a few friends over a series of arguments 2 months ago and the pain is still strong. This helps me get some closure.
