Reverse Diet Week 11, Day 3

I had a really intense leg workout this morning. I can tell I slightly overdid it because I had slight muscle cramps/spasms this afternoon. I noticed when this happens with a particular muscle group it means I overdid it in my workout. Nevertheless, I’m still glad I got through that brutal leg workout, and pushed my body to its limits.
