Hi Michelle! Thank you for the wealth of information in your videos I have been binge watching them since I discovered you last week! I’m the person who can never sustain weight loss because my calories are too low when dieting and then I gain once I start eating somewhat normal again. I have been going from 120-135lbs every year losing and gaining the same 15 pounds and I’m tired of it. Currently back at 135 now and working on body recomposition. I’m 5’2 and have some fat I want to lose but I’m finally not going to obsess about the scale number, going to focus on inches and fat loss and building lean muscle. I am already seeing some changes and can’t wait to see where I am 6 months from now. I began weight training 4-5 times a week about two months ago in September at 127lbs and actually started gaining weight. After two weeks of weightlifting I was in the 130s and freaking out but I just stuck with it. Now my goal is to get strong instead of skinny and my weight finally stabilized at 135 eating about 2000 calories/ day sometimes a little more. I’m actually able to eat in the healthy balance and still enjoy all food in moderation. I can’t bear dealing with the scale anymore and low calorie diets just don’t work for me. Now I’m working on a calorie deficit of about 1600-1700 and hitting my protein goals based on the calculators you provided in other videos. Im no longer hungry and I’m feeling so much better about myself. I’m watching your videos while at work right now lol. Thank you and please keep sharing this information!! 😃

I just had to say that I am really enjoying your videos and have been binge watching for days. 😂 I am 43 and am at a healthy weight, but I really feel like I’m one of those skinny/fat people. Like I look like I’m at a healthy weight, the scale/BMI says that I’m healthy, but I don’t feel healthy. All of my numbers from my blood work says I’m healthy and my doctor tells me to keep doing what I’m doing, which is literally nothing. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I definitely want to feel stronger and have more energy. I’ve never lifted more than just some 5-10 lb dumbbells. I am bingeing your body recomposition videos and they are so informative. I have ordered a weight machine and as soon as it gets here I’m ready to dive in and see if I can get stronger and feel better. I had to order what I could afford and it’s just a 100 lb stack machine with pulleys. I also have a few dumbbells and an exercise bike. I’m hoping I can figure this out and make some actual real changes to the way my body looks and feels. Thanks for these videos!

I'm doing a reverse diet now. I increased my calories last week from 1400 to 1700. I've gained 4 lbs lol. But body composition isn't bad so I'm going to continue.

How much do you charge for online coaching? I love your videos. I’ve been on my weight loss journey for about 1 year and hit a plateau. Now staying at maintenance for a few weeks before dropping back down. It’s very hard to trust the process after being in a deficit for so long.

Maybe I missed the answer but I've been eating a really low calorie deficit and my weight loss has stalled for 6 months even though I still have a lot of weight to lose and I've been working out (strength and cardio ) 4-5 days per week. I think reverse dieting is needed to increase/fix my metabolism. My question is, at what maintenance number will yield me results (how to know ) and how long should I stay at that maintenance number before going back to a calorie deficit? How to choose a calorie deficit that's not too aggressive after reverse dieting?

I hit a weight loss plateau in May at 1400 calories, I have increased them slowly back to 2000 but I have still not lost or gained any weight. According to my Fitbit I burn about 2100-2600 calories daily so shouldn’t I be losing weight? My body comp has changed while increasing my calories. I’m not sure if I should continue to increase or not, I’m still wanting to lose the last 5-10lbs. Thank you for another great video!

Hi Michelle! I have a good experience with refeed days. I am training three times a week and at Saturdays I always did a refeed day with 500 Kcal +. It woks good!
Now I am in muscle building Fase. It means Kcal small proficit 100-200+ dayly. Of cource I gain not only muscle, but fat too. Does it make sence to make it like with refeed days? I mean 5 days in proficit and two days (at the Weekend) in deficit? What do you think about this strategy? Do you have a good or bad expirience with that?

What would happen if you are reversing but on some days you go over. How would your metabolism react in this instance?

Great video! What is the difference between a reverse and surplus? Is it truly just whether you’re starting under or at maintenance? Should the macro composition or anything else differ btwn reverse and surplus?

Hi what about daily steps for example if I want to start a reverse diet and my daily step is 12k should I reduce it ❤

I want to reverse diet but my calories are all over the place. Should I track for a week or 2 then take an average? Start with that as a maintenance?
Also what are your thoughts on g-flux vs reverse dieting? Thanks

Do reverse diets work for everyone? I have had anorexia for 28 years and never ate much in that time. Would it work for someone like me?
