What were your calories at when you started your cut and how much was your initial deficit? You were on a cut for 22 weeks? What was your starting weight. Thank you.

Hello. I am working with a PT, but don't get much feedback from her. I am a 32 year old woman, currently 74 kg. I started my reverse diet with 108 protein, 111 carbs and 42 fat back in December. The only macro which has been increased is carbs, so i am now on 108 protein, 321 carbs and 42 fat. Is this ok? or would you make different adjustments? At how many calories would you stop increasing? Thanks so much. I've learnt so much from your videos!
