Once you’ve agreed on pricing, we can go ahead and start servicing them.

So it’s a combination of us planting the seed, letting them know what could be beneficial for them, and giving them the time to think about it. We’re not selling anything directly, we’re not pitching, we’re not trying to make them buy new services. It has to come naturally as they develop the trust, see the success from previous campaigns, and might want to invest more in the things they believe are giving them value. But all of that is still a part of upsells and cross-sells.
